Most insurance companies use credit-based scoring when calculating your personal insurance premiums — auto, home, and more. What many people don't know is that in Oregon, you have the right to request a free annual rescore.
If your credit situation has improved since your policy was issued, a rescore could lower your premium. If it hasn't changed — or is worse — there's no penalty. Your rate simply stays the same. It's all upside.
